Happy Friday!
In the comment section of my previous post, Nelissa Thibado asked about the afghan in my header. I wanted to make sure I got back to her....
I used Lucy of Attic 24's Hexagon.
I made this blanket as a wedding gift for my husband's nephew and his wife a couple of years ago. I think I made this in May and June and I started blogging that same year in August.
Additional details are listed on my project page on Ravelry if you are interested.

I'm looking forward to a long weekend, are you?
Our grill went kaput several weeks ago, so I think I'll do pulled pork sandwiches and coleslaw for the holiday. Maybe even do some baked mac-n-cheese too. Not very summery, but it sounds yummy to me.
:-)
Happy Labor Day weekend!
Blessings,

Sounds like a great menu to me. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteIt is such a very pretty quilt. Sounds like some yummy food for the weekend. We won't be doing anything for Labor Day, hubby is working. But maybe Wednesday when he is off we'll grill then. :)
